Most of the photos shown on the site are 'as taken' and will be levelled and cropped as appropriate before printing. For web site display they are also reduced to thumbnail size, so the definition you see on screen is only a tiny fraction of the full-size image from which prints are produced.

 

To order on-line
Find your chosen photo(s) and follow the prompts on screen. You can pay on-line by credit or debit card (£200 max. per order), or by cheque/bank transfer. Credit card details are processed by Nochex (Nochex); they don't come through to me. Sometimes Nochex ask for additional verification for security purposes, so don't be concerned if you're asked to re-enter certain details. If for any reason an on-line order doesn't succeed, please call me. And if you need the prints delivered to an address other than the card-holder's address, let me know.

If you would rather not order on-line
Just tell me what you would like - you're welcome to phone. Currently I'm not geared up to take credit cards by phone (only on-line), so it's payment by cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to do everything by post, you can download an order form or ask me to send you one.

International orders
I can accept on-line credit card payments from outside the UK via Nochex. Or you can place an order by phone/e-mail, and send money by bank transfer – ask me for the necessary details.

Delivery times
Prints are normally despatched within a week of receipt of a confirmed order unless I’m away on assignment. They may also take a little longer at busy times. If timing is critical, please contact me first and I will do my best to meet any important dates.

 

I strive to produce the best possible quality of images and only to use printers and laboratories whose work does justice to the photos I take. If you receive anything that's not up to standard, let me know straight away and I will arrange a refund or replacement.
